One of the fine amenities of Rarity Communities' are the superb equestrian centers located at Rarity Bay, Rarity Mountain, and Rarity Meadows. You can enjoy great riding trails, a friendly professional staff, and a truly picturesque setting in East Tennessee as the Smokey Mountains as a backdrop. Our equestrian facilities are open to non-residents of our Rarity Communities. Look for great membership plans for singles and families. Our equestrian plans are affordable and structured to allow you access to our busy event schedule - you can even win awards and prizes. Summer camps, rodeos, trail rides, lessons, horse boarding and training - our equestrian center offers many varied activities for all age groups - all year 'round.

Our Rarity Bay facility features 125 acres, 15 miles of riding trails and a state of the art 21 stall barn, great staff and a setting with a view of Lake Tellico and the Smokey Mountains. Our Tennessee equestrian center has 6 paddocks, practice ring, lighted show ring and many more amenities. Boarding and memberships in our riding clubs are open to residents and non-residents of Rarity Bay. We have scheduled shows in our lighted arena all summer long.

Plans are nearing completion for our newest Equestrian facility. Our Rarity Mountain community will have over 4,000 acres - over 2,000 acres conserved for recreational use.
